Rosemont’s most recent project was the redevelopment of this 1873 two family house. The existing building has been totally renovated to provide two unique residences especially suited to today’s homeowners.

Each home features a master suite and two additional family bedrooms as well as a flexible office/ work area on the two upper floors. The master suite contains generous walk-in closets (his and hers) double sinks and an oversized shower in the bathroom.

The main level contains a spacious living room dining room and an eat in kitchen featuring custom cabinets and premium appliances. The basement level contains additional flex space, as well as mechanical areas. The renovation has been thoughtfully envisioned to restore original features of the 1873 structure that have been lost and to otherwise fit comfortably within the historic character of the Avon Hill neighborhood. The exterior design was reviewed and approved by the Avon Hill Neighborhood Conservation District Commission of the Cambridge Historic Commission. In May 2014, this project won a Neighborhood Preservation award from the Cambridge Historic Commission
