Many of Rosemont's sites have been in highly regulated locations that have been subject to Design Review and required approval by planning boards, Conservation Commissions and Historic Preservation Commissions. Many have also required special permits and/or variances.

The principals of Rosemont Trust are Jonathan Leffell and Richard Tuck, both of whom bring varied and broad experience to Rosemont's projects. Mr. Leffell is a licensed architect who practiced for 15 years as a founding principal of Archetype Architecture Incorporated- he brings a discriminating and demanding eye to the design of Rosemont's projects. Richard Tuck is an attorney and has been a real estate investor and developer for over 30 years. Together they work to insure that Rosemont's projects are built to the highest standards of taste and quality.

Rosemont's related company, Rosemont Construction Corporation is responsible for the management and implementation of all Rosemont Trust developments.
