In 2005 Rosemont purchased the property of Ben Sack, well known in Boston as an innovative entrepreneur in cinema. As the owner of a chain of movie theatres, Mr. Sack often entertained movie executives and stars in his personal compound that included his residence, tennis court, swimming pool and cabana. Rosemont renovated the original residence and updated the plan and systems to current standards (including conversion of his movie theater to a modern media room).

Rosemont then subdivided the property separating the entertainment area and built a new home. The 30,000 square foot lot sits on a bluff and boasts a unique element of privacy. The house itself sits at the high point of the site. The front yard is landscaped while the back yard features areas of natural granite and stone outcroppings as well as a high, level lawn area.

The new residence is designed to reflect contemporary lifestyle within a traditional context. The main floor contains a living room, den, dining room, eat-in kitchen family room, guest room, and powder room. The second floor features an expansive master suite, three additional bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and laundry. The lower level contains a bedroom with bathroom, recreation room, and storage area. The recreation room was pre-wired for a home theater installation.

The home contains approximately 5,200 square feet of living space on the two main levels, with 1,000 square feet on the lower level and 1,000 square feet in the attic.

This project was completed in 2009.
